Gina Lanier is a seasoned naturopath and entrepreneur with decades of experience in health, wellness, and the culinary arts. As the founder of fleurdebees.com, she combines her expertise in natural health with a passion for educating others about nutrition, fermented foods, and holistic living. With a career spanning over four decades, Gina has also been a dedicated member of IATSE Local 39, contributing her skills in stagecraft, event setup, and technical operations for major theaters in New Orleans, including the Saenger Theater and the Mahalia Jackson Theater. She has served as a foreperson and project manager for numerous exhibitions and conventions, overseeing everything from labor management to client coordination. Her extensive experience reflects a unique combination of technical precision and creative problem-solving.

Gina’s entrepreneurial spirit was also demonstrated through her ownership of The Works of the Crescent City, LLC, where she successfully ran a small business for over a decade. A graduate of Delgado Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts, Gina continues to blend her culinary knowledge, health expertise, and practical experience to make a lasting impact on her community and the industries she serves.
