Gina Martin

Gina Martin works with senior leaders and C-suite executives at the moment their old leadership playbook stops working. The strategies that built their career can no longer carry them into the next chapter, and they know it.

Her work focuses on three things that matter most at the highest levels of leadership: decision authority, strategic influence, and executive presence. She helps leaders move from reactive patterns to deliberate ones, leading with clarity, coherence, and confidence precisely when visibility and pressure are highest.

Before founding Gina Martin Coaching and Consulting, Gina spent more than 25 years leading inside high-pressure organizations, including managing teams of 600 people at Victoria's Secret, GUESS, and Gap. She understands leadership from inside the arena, not as an observer, but as someone who carried growth targets, culture shifts, and board expectations at scale.

That lived experience is the foundation of everything she does. So is her own story of reinvention. Gina came to the United States with very little, built a career across industries, and later navigated one of the most defining challenges of her life as a breast cancer survivor. That experience did not sideline her. It sharpened how she thinks about identity, resilience, and what it truly takes to lead when the stakes are personal.

It also led her to found Own Your Next, a nonprofit organization that empowers high-achieving women to rise after cancer by reclaiming their identity, confidence, and career on their own terms.

Today, through Gina Martin Coaching and Consulting, she partners with CEOs, C-suite leaders, and leadership teams navigating transition, growth, and the identity-level shifts that define a leader's legacy.

Her work has been recognized with the Gold Stevie® Award for Mentor and Coach of the Year. She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and holds advanced certifications in Hogan and DiSC, alongside graduate studies in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting at New York University.
