Gina M. Nalitt

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, currently serving in private practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist under the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, a role I have held since March 2018, where I provide telemedicine psychotherapy to clients across California. I am also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist under the Virginia Department of Health Professions, a role I have held since November 2020, where I provide telemedicine psychotherapy to clients in Virginia. I have also served as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Help Therapy since January 2011, providing telemedicine psychotherapy to clients across California.

Prior to my private practice work, I served as a Mental Health Clinician at Mental Health Systems in Escondido, California, for five years, where I provided mental health services, psychological assessment, and therapeutic support to individuals and families in a community mental health setting.

Across my career in mental health and psychotherapy, my work has been driven by a deep commitment to helping individuals heal, grow, and build fulfilling lives. Whether I am providing telemedicine therapy to clients across state lines, supporting military families and veterans, or working in community mental health, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach and a dedication to creating a safe and supportive space for healing and transformation. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue serving clients and advancing mental health care through my private practice and professional commitments.
