Her Interview
Ten minutes with Gina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work and collaboration. Growing up, I watched my dad work long hours as a small business owner without ever complaining. He taught me that hard work is valuable, respectable, and always worth doing.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to prioritize progress over perfection. As a self-described perfectionist, I’ve learned that in business, moving forward and making progress is often more valuable than waiting for everything to be perfect.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to be bold and confident. Don’t be afraid to take up space, ask questions, share your perspective, and contribute your ideas. Do it with respect, trust your voice, and remember that you are enough.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge and opportunity right now is the rapid rise of AI. Marketing and the technology behind it need to evolve quickly to keep pace with how our audiences are adopting AI and ensure we continue to meet their changing needs.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Respect is one of the most important values to me, regardless of someone’s role or level within an organization. I believe in leading by example, staying true to my words, and treating everyone with the respect they deserve.
