Her Interview
Ten minutes with Gina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I have a really strong mom, and a really strong father. My dad is a physician, and my mom was a nurse, and they're the most successful people I know. They're persistent, and they don't take no for an answer on anything. I attribute my success to her, especially my mom. She's the strongest woman I know.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The challenge really is, at least for me, is to give voice to the clients... They've gone through so much, and it's my job to help them tell their story... it's a really fine line to walk... I have to build trust with the clients... The work that we do is very human-centered.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is a big one. Transparency. I'm a huge communicator. I probably over-communicate, but I believe that, you know, being clear is really being kind. To yourself and to others. Honesty, is a big one. Those, those are big things for me, and just, just, just being true to yourself and being, just living life ethically and being a good steward of the work that you're doing.
