Gina West

I am the Founder and Principal Consultant of G. West & Associates, a boutique, multi-sector consulting firm I launched in 2021, advising enterprise organizations on CSR strategy, community investment, employee engagement, and equity-centered programs. I partner with executive teams to embed social impact into core business strategy, culture, and ESG priorities, using analytics, stakeholder insights, and design-thinking methodologies to drive measurable outcomes across corporate foundations, global NGOs, and public-private partnerships. My selected impact includes designing a multi-year, data-driven community investment strategy for a global communications firm that expanded STEM access across 20+ underserved regions, and developing equity-focused risk-management and professional learning programs adopted by over 50% of Ontario school boards. I also serve as an Executive Advisor at Stratum Collective Partners, a Senior Advisor and Consultant at IMPACT ROI, LLC, a Consultant at CSR Talent Group, and a Project Partner and Consultant at Moxie Consulting Group. Throughout my career, I have developed deep expertise in corporate social responsibility, ESG and social impact measurement, and cross-sector coalition building.
