I would attribute my success to the mentors I’ve had the privilege to work with at Geisinger in the motivation from my family.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice that has ever been given to me was during a yearly performance evaluation I was told I always have a smile on my face and kind to everyone no matter what’s going on around me and to never let anyone change me
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take every day as a learning experience and grow from it and don’t let anyone ever tell you can’t do something.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are family, health, and continuous learning, as I prioritize spending quality time with loved ones, staying active, and nurturing my curiosity.
