What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to a young woman who wants to open a business is to take risks—growth and success often come from stepping outside your comfort zone.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In both my work and personal life, I value balance, passion, and perseverance—and when I’m not working, you’ll often find me cooking up something new in the kitchen, exploring hiking trails, or going for a run.
