Ten minutes with Gisele

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to hands-on experience, continuous self-learning, and the guidance of strong leaders and mentors throughout my career. While I value formal education, I believe practical experience, a willingness to learn, and consistently putting people first have been the greatest contributors to my professional growth.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is to be myself and listen. Remaining authentic while taking the time to truly hear and understand others has helped me build trust, strengthen relationships, and continue growing both personally and professionally.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be ready for anything because anything can happen at any time. Stay adaptable, remain open to learning from every situation, and approach challenges with confidence and professionalism.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is adapting to the rapid growth of AI and technology. While these tools offer many opportunities, I believe it's equally important to preserve the personal touch. Building genuine relationships and understanding people's individual needs will always remain essential in property management.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me are compassion, empathy, and genuinely caring for others. I believe it's important to ensure people are properly supported, that their needs are met, and that they feel emotionally and mentally valued. Every individual is different, so I strive to understand each person's unique circumstances and provide the personal attention they deserve.
