About Giselle
I am an Associate Scientist at AustinPx, where I have served since February 2025 in Georgetown, Texas, after previously working as a Formulation Scientist and Manufacturing Technician and completing an internship with the company. My work has included developing amorphous solid dispersions characterized by XRD/PLM and DSC/TGA, running dissolution testing and HPLC analysis, supporting tablet creation and stability studies, managing experimental data with regulatory compliance, and translating findings into client-ready presentations. As an intern, I supported manufacturing for pre-clinical, Phase I, and Phase II formulation, gaining hands-on experience in HPLC, dissolution, X-Ray Diffraction, and Raman Spectroscopy. Earlier, I was an Undergraduate Research Fellow in the Biochemistry Lab at The University of Texas at Austin, performing enzyme kinetics assays and protein purification, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Barrick Lab, maintaining lab supplies and running PCR and gel electrophoresis. I also completed coursework in Crime Scene Processing at Grand Canyon University. Throughout my career, I have developed deep expertise in pharmaceutical formulation, analytical chemistry, and GMP manufacturing.
