Giulianna Galiano-Gomez is a seasoned culinary and hospitality professional with extensive experience spanning communications, development, cooking, Italian wine, event planning, and operations management. A proud graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, she holds both an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Culinary Arts Management. Her early foundation in culinary training, paired with her passion for storytelling and community engagement, has shaped a career rooted in creativity, service, and leadership.
Inspired by her travels through Italy, Giulianna embraces a philosophy centered on simplicity, authenticity, and sustainability in food. She has applied these principles across diverse roles, including catering management, dining service leadership, food writing, and procurement. Whether coordinating large-scale events, managing teams, or crafting articles and newsletters, she brings a thoughtful perspective that honors local ingredients, cultural influences, and meaningful dining experiences. Her work in both culinary and communication-focused positions reflects her ability to bridge operational expertise with strategic messaging and guest engagement.
In her current role as Communications & Development Leader at Gracie’s, Giulianna continues to champion hospitality excellence while strengthening community connections, supporting organizational growth, and elevating brand storytelling. Beyond her professional commitments, she contributes to education and mentorship as a volunteer speaker, presenter, and culinary board member.
