About Glenda
Glenda Kaiuway is a seasoned professional with more than 24 years of experience spanning customer service, banking, accounting, contract administration, and healthcare education. Her career began in Houston, Texas, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service before transitioning into banking and credit union operations. Over the years, she expanded her expertise through roles with organizations in the financial, energy, and manufacturing sectors, building a reputation for accuracy, relationship management, and operational excellence. Today, she serves as an Admissions Advisor at The College of Health Care Professions, helping prospective students navigate educational opportunities and enrollment pathways.
Prior to her current role, Kaiuway spent nearly 14 years with MAN Energy Solutions, where she progressed from Accounting Specialist to DK Spare Parts Contract Administrator. In these positions, she managed complex accounts payable and receivable functions, reconciliations, financial reporting, contract administration, and customer relations for global operations. Her ability to oversee multimillion-dollar invoice processing, collaborate across international teams, and support audits and month-end close activities demonstrated both her analytical expertise and commitment to delivering results. She also gained valuable experience in banking and credit unions, further strengthening her understanding of financial operations and customer-focused service.
Kaiuway holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, achievements she earned while balancing full-time work and family responsibilities. She credits much of her success to the mentors who guided and encouraged her throughout her career and believes that authenticity is one of the most important qualities a professional can bring to the workplace. Known for her collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and dedication to lifelong learning, Kaiuway takes pride in the knowledge and experience she has gained across multiple industries and continues to focus on helping others achieve their educational and professional goals.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I contribute my success to a lot of great people who gave me a lot of great advice. I listened and was able to learn and take their lead. I had a lot of great mentors along the way who helped shape my journey from starting at a 7-Eleven to advancing through banking and accounting roles.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was just to be your authentic self. Do your best and be the best authentic person that you can be.
