She is an accomplished tourism, marketing, and account management professional with over two decades of experience driving business growth, client relationships, and community engagement. Currently serving as Director of Conventions and Tourism at the Owatonna Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism, she leads tourism development, convention sales, and destination marketing strategies to attract visitors and support economic growth in the region. Prior to this role, she spent over 21 years as an Account Manager at Tri M Graphics, where she built strong client relationships, managed accounts, and delivered exceptional service in the graphics and printing industry. She also served as Marketing Communications Coordinator at Pearson VUE. She is recognized as a strategic, relationship-driven, and community-focused leader who combines deep industry experience with a passion for promoting her region and supporting local businesses.
