Glenda Watkins (She/Her) is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, serving as Chief Executive Officer of both Pallet Queen and PDB Jockey, LLC, which she founded in 2024. Through these ventures, Glenda provides innovative pallet removal and recycling solutions across Madison County and the Indianapolis area, helping businesses reduce waste while promoting environmental sustainability. Known as The Pallet Queen™, she combines operational expertise with a hands-on approach, personally managing logistics and service delivery to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.

Glenda’s professional achievements extend beyond entrepreneurship. She is a former professional boxer, a testament to her discipline, resilience, and determination—qualities that continue to define her leadership style. In addition, she has earned recognition as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through the 25Pacers Business Program for Women, highlighting her commitment to advancing women in business. Her career reflects a unique blend of entrepreneurial drive, operational expertise, and a focus on sustainable business practices.

A dedicated member of the Mercy Table community, Glenda actively engages in initiatives that give back and support others. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys attending plays and maintaining an active lifestyle through working out. Glenda holds an Associate’s degree in Construction Management from Ivy Tech Community College, where she gained skills in blueprint reading, remodeling, and structural planning—knowledge that underpins her operational leadership. Her mission is to build efficient, eco-friendly solutions while inspiring others through her entrepreneurial journey and community involvement.

I attribute my success to the strong sense of family unity that has shaped my values and grounded me throughout my life. The support, encouragement, and shared commitment within my family have instilled in me resilience, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility, providing a steady foundation that influences both my personal growth and professional achievements.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering the industry to prioritize education and truly understand their field knowledge builds confidence and credibility. Focus on doing the work the right way rather than rushing the journey; progress is not measured by speed, but by the strength of the foundation you build along the way.
