Currently serves as Owner & Founder of The Life Renewal Coach LLC, where she helps women entrepreneurs, executives, and emerging leaders strengthen self-awareness, communication effectiveness, decision-making, and leadership confidence through coaching, training, and speaking engagements.

Previously founded and led GlenTech Services Inc., an international scientific instrumentation company specializing in the sales, installation, technical support, and training of advanced analytical instruments across the United States, Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. Successfully managed business development, technical sales, customer education, distributor networks, and international client relationships while delivering technical presentations and training programs at scientific congresses, universities, research centers, and industry conferences worldwide.

Earlier executive leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Customer Service and National Sales Manager at Wyatt Technology, where she led national sales operations, customer support, technical training, service delivery, and customer success initiatives in highly specialized scientific markets.

Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Nuclear Engineering from University of Michigan.
