Her Interview
Ten minutes with Glenny
01What do you attribute your success to?
It takes a village. I cannot say only it was my hard work. There were so many people involved, starting with my parents. It comes down to having the right team behind you, and also, being an adult now, having the right people. The belief in God that I have, that things definitely work out for a reason, and also the people that He has put around me. Experiences and teamwork.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Number one value, it would be definitely honesty. Loyalty will be another one. Teamwork, and then, and I'm pointing out teamwork because, tennis for, you know, tennis is a lonely sport. Being receptive also, being humble. Friendship. Communication, no loose ends. Being able to communicate not only with my co-workers, but also with upper management.
