About Gloria
She is an education leader and associate professor with extensive experience in higher education, school leadership, curriculum development, and instructional improvement. She currently serves as an Associate Professor at National Louis University, where she supports teacher preparation and educational leadership development. She also works as an educational consultant, focusing on addressing learning gaps, summer learning loss prevention, instructional cycles of inquiry, and new teacher mentoring and induction. Previously, she held senior leadership roles in K–12 education, including Director of School Quality and Elementary School Principal, where she led school improvement initiatives, evaluated instructional performance, and developed professional development programs for educators and administrators. She has also taught at the university level in mathematics and served as a guest lecturer, contributing to teacher education and academic instruction.
