I would advise young women entering my industry to stay true to themselves and never back down. Embracing your authentic self, advocating for your ideas, and maintaining confidence in your abilities are key to building a successful and fulfilling career.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating a male-dominated environment. At the same time, this presents an opportunity to break barriers, amplify diverse voices, and lead by example, demonstrating that skill, expertise, and determination are what truly drive success.
