01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Kindness is above everything to me. Especially with today's political and social landscape, I'm very lucky from being raised in the South with the ideas that the person next to you is not your enemy, ever, and that you have to take care of each other more than anything else. Fostering community and being kind above everything - if you let that lead you, you can't go wrong. I truly believe that remembering I don't know everything and approaching people with kindness is essential.
