Grace Chavez is a dedicated project management professional specializing in owner’s representation for stadiums and large venue projects. She currently works with Legends Global, where she manages budgets, construction coordination, scheduling, and all aspects of keeping complex projects on track for clients. Grace emphasizes clear communication, reliability, and a solution-focused approach, ensuring that renovations and new builds meet client expectations efficiently and effectively.
Grace began her career as an executive assistant at Nations Group, gradually transitioning into project management and gaining hands-on experience with high-profile projects, including work at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Terminal 4. Prior to her current role, she also worked in interior design and medical device sales, experiences that provided her with a strong foundation in client relations, project coordination, and problem-solving across diverse industries. Her career trajectory reflects a combination of adaptability, attention to detail, and leadership development.
Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business and an Associate degree in Interior Design from Scottsdale Community College. She is an active member of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction), demonstrating her commitment to supporting women in the construction and project management industry while continuing to expand her expertise in large-scale venue and stadium projects.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the strong personal support from my husband and a transparent, mentorship-driven leadership team that offers flexibility and fosters a family-like work environment.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to trust your abilities, pursue opportunities in sports and construction, and cultivate skills like compartmentalizing challenges, focusing on solutions, and demonstrating reliability.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field are the underrepresentation of women in sports and construction and balancing demanding roles with parenthood. At the same time, company growth and the recent acquisition of Nations Group by Legends Global present exciting opportunities for new projects and career advancement.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are owning my responsibilities, communicating clearly and respectfully, and being reliable. In my personal life, I value quality time with family—hiking, barbecues, and game nights—as well as giving back through community service, supported by a strong personal and professional support system.
