I attribute my success to the strong personal support from my husband and a transparent, mentorship-driven leadership team that offers flexibility and fosters a family-like work environment.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to trust your abilities, pursue opportunities in sports and construction, and cultivate skills like compartmentalizing challenges, focusing on solutions, and demonstrating reliability.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field are the underrepresentation of women in sports and construction and balancing demanding roles with parenthood. At the same time, company growth and the recent acquisition of Nations Group by Legends Global present exciting opportunities for new projects and career advancement.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are owning my responsibilities, communicating clearly and respectfully, and being reliable. In my personal life, I value quality time with family—hiking, barbecues, and game nights—as well as giving back through community service, supported by a strong personal and professional support system.
