Her Story

About Grace

A dedicated community servant and faith leader, she founded Pneuma Chapel in 2009 and has since devoted herself to uplifting those around her. Her professional journey includes years of service at the RTA before retirement, as well as work as a cashier in a grocery store. She holds a high school diploma from John Adams High School, completed two years of college with a focus in business, and has pursued theological training. She serves as a Bishop within the Greater Cleveland Ohio Ministry Alliance and the Chicago Ministry Alliance, for which she has received recognition from the City of Cleveland and an award from the Chicago Alliance. Each day begins with prayer and a deliberate search for ways to serve her community, guided by a deep commitment to mental health awareness ministry. Her personal interests include reading the Bible, tennis, board games, and nature walks. She lives by the principle of treating every person with respect and honesty, believing that all are accountable for their actions. Her faith, her mother's influence, and the mentorship of Earnestine Gates have been the cornerstones of her journey. Her greatest aspiration is to secure grant funding to expand her ability to provide meaningful support to the communities she serves.
