I am a procurement and strategic sourcing professional with over two decades of experience in contract management, vendor relations, and event sourcing, currently serving as a Strategic Procurement and Event Sourcing Expert at Acquisition and Eventz Solutions LLC, a part-time role I have held since June 2025, where I provide consulting in procurement strategy and event sourcing, supporting vendor selection, contract negotiation, and logistics coordination, and advise clients on cost-effective event planning through strategic supplier management and procurement best practices.

Prior to this role, I served as Senior Procurement Analyst at American Electric Power on a contract basis for seven months, where I supported procurement and strategic sourcing operations within a large-scale utility environment, coordinating supplier engagement and contract support, and assisting in reverse auctions and sourcing documentation. I also served as Senior Contract Specialist at CALSTART for over two years, a clean energy nonprofit, where I led and supported procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives across clean energy and transportation programs, managing vendor selection and contract execution.

Earlier in my career, I served as Procurement and Contracting Supervisor at the U.S. Embassy in Papua New Guinea for over four years, where I directed end-to-end procurement and contracting operations in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and U.S. government policies, managed high-value contracts, supervised and mentored procurement staff, and advised senior leadership on procurement strategy and risk management. I also served as Supervisory Contract Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya, for over two years, where I progressed from Procurement Specialist to Supervisory Contract Specialist, managing end-to-end contracting and acquisition processes.
