Her Interview
Ten minutes with Grace
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to do it before I feel ready. I believe in taking the leap, even when I’m scared or uncertain, and simply going for it rather than waiting for everything to be perfect.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to push yourself to truly learn your craft, seek coaching, and gain as much hands-on experience as possible. Get your reps in, work with athletes, build your skills, and let your experience and expertise speak for itself.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is finding other female business owners at a similar stage of growth, along with building a strong team and successfully transferring the brand’s reputation to them. At the same time, I see opportunities in using negative experiences as catalysts for growth, learning, and scaling the business.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my personal and professional life are integrity, curiosity, and the pursuit of personal excellence. I strive to continuously learn, grow, and hold myself to a high standard in everything I do.
