							Grace Yost is an accomplished Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Host Hotels & Resorts, bringing over 15 years of progressive experience supporting executive leadership across finance, strategy, and operations. Known for her professionalism, strategic mindset, and exceptional organizational abilities, Grace plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the CFO’s office. Her expertise spans project management, event coordination, budget oversight, and cross-departmental collaboration—all contributing to operational excellence and leadership efficiency.
Before joining Host Hotels & Resorts, Grace built a strong foundation in executive support through roles at CohnReznick LLP, Citi, The Art Institute of Washington, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where she consistently demonstrated initiative, discretion, and a deep understanding of business priorities. Her early experience in management and client service helped shape her ability to anticipate executive needs, foster productive partnerships, and lead with empathy and precision. Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she was also a member of the Sigma Delta Pi Honors Society.
Beyond her professional role, Grace is an active contributor to her company’s culture and community impact. She serves as Co-Chair of Host’s Team EPIC Service (Community Service Team) and is a proud member of the Women’s Inspirational Network, championing mentorship and service within and beyond the workplace. Passionate about teamwork, leadership, and giving back, Grace takes pride in representing Host Hotels & Resorts at local charitable events, including the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the National Capital Area Golf Open. After experiencing various industries, I’ve found a true sense of fulfillment in my current role with Host Hotels. I take great pride in my profession and genuinely enjoy working alongside my CFO, whose leadership continues to inspire and motivate me to excel.
