Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my personal journey and the experiences that have shaped who I am today. Beginning my career working with the special needs population, and later receiving my own ADHD and autism diagnoses, helped me discover my true calling as a personal trainer and coach. I am passionate about helping others overcome burnout and manage life’s stressors, using my lived experience to guide and empower my clients.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is that you have the power to make a difference and be the change that is needed in a constantly evolving world. Staying proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused allows you to create meaningful impact both personally and professionally.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering this industry to believe in themselves, stay the course, and never give up. Consistency, perseverance, and trusting your journey are key to building a successful and fulfilling career in health, wellness, and coaching.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I face is navigating my career as a woman with ADHD and autism while maintaining the ability to consistently support and be present for my clients. However, this also presents an opportunity to model resilience and create inclusive wellness practices. My emotional support dog provides additional support, allowing me to stay grounded and attentive to my clients’ needs.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are contributing meaningfully to the lives of others, helping people thrive, and fostering overall health and wellness. I prioritize creating environments where my clients feel supported, empowered, and equipped to live happier, healthier lives.
