Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute much of my success to my mother’s unwavering encouragement. She always pushed me to put myself out there, including submitting my work to competitions—even when I doubted myself. Out of 30+ submissions to screenwriting competitions, I received 13 accolades, and that experience taught me the value of perseverance, taking risks, and believing in my potential even when the outcome is uncertain. Without confidence in my abilities, I wouldn't have had the confidence to ask for a title change (Head of Partnerships) with my new responsibilities at two19.

Q

Don't wait for things to be perfect

Q

My advice to young women entering the industry is to push past hesitation and put yourself—and your work—forward. In my experience, especially in partnership roles, I’ve seen how often women hold back from sharing their ideas or seeking recognition. Don’t wait for perfection or permission. Submit your work, speak up, and trust that your contributions are valuable. Confidence grows through action.
