What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to maintaining a strong growth mindset—one rooted in continuous learning, adaptability, and openness to feedback. By viewing challenges as opportunities for development rather than obstacles, I remain resilient in the face of change and committed to improving both my skills and impact over time.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to try everything—and to keep trying, even when it feels uncomfortable. Embracing new experiences, especially those that push me outside my comfort zone, has helped me grow, gain clarity, and discover unexpected strengths.
What makes me happiest and most at peace is knowing I am learning, evolving, and honoring my curiosity. Stepping into discomfort with intention has not only shaped my career path but has also brought a deeper sense of fulfillment and confidence in who I am becoming.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: don’t give up. Stay persistent, trust your voice, and believe in your value—even when challenges arise. Resilience and consistency will carry you forward, and your presence and perspective truly matter.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The opportunities in my field are abundant, with constant possibilities for growth, innovation, and meaningful impact. At the same time, many of the challenges persist. One of the most significant is finding balance—between ambition and sustainability, professional demands and personal well-being. Navigating that balance thoughtfully is essential to long-term success and fulfillment.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, integrity, clear communication, and dependability. I strive to show up authentically, follow through on my commitments, and build trust through transparency and accountability in everything I do.
