What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to determination. Hard work always goes along with determination, but you can do hard work without being determined to get something, and then you're just going to do the minimum. If you're not determined to get something, you're not going to have that fire in you.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never give up, because this is a hard industry for women, and it's hard to get accepted. There's a lot of rejection. But more than never give up, I would say consistency. Consistency is the key to all the doors that you want to open. If you're consistent, people will see you. People can tell you no, but if you're consistent and ask again and again and again, you will have results. Later, you will have results.
