Her Story
About Gulnaz
Gulnaz Saeed, CHC — Life Coach and Certified HypnoCounselor, supporting high-achieving women in emotional healing, confidence, and total transformation. As a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists—the world’s oldest and largest hypnosis organization—she blends evidence-based hypnosis with holistic coaching to guide women through deep transformation. Her work is grounded in the belief that mindset is the starting point of all change, and she has built a reputation for helping women release emotional pain, find inner safety, and reclaim their purpose with clarity and strength. Her signature approach, the Integrated Success Method, empowers women to harmonize ambition, family, and personal well-being without sacrificing any part of themselves. Through one-on-one coaching, workshops, and community support, Gulnaz helps clients identify hidden barriers, illuminate their strengths, and move confidently toward the careers, relationships, and lives they desire. Her clients often describe working with her as a turning point—a shift from overwhelm to direction, from self-doubt to deep trust, and from survival to genuine joy. Gulnaz’s passion for service is rooted in her own journey. As an immigrant who raised her children as a stay-at-home mother before pursuing higher education and launching her career, she brings compassion, resilience, and lived experience to every session. Beyond her private practice, she has dedicated over 14 years to teaching and volunteering at her local mosque, supporting women in crisis, and leading community workshops focused on empowerment and emotional well-being. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help women turn their greatest pain into their greatest personal evolution—and to step boldly into the lives they were meant to lead.
