She is most proud of developing new application features, such as converting a handwritten notes system into a website, and receiving rewards from her managers twice. Gunjan attributes her success to her parents and values delivering work on time, being responsible, and taking the lead. She advises keeping learning new skills and staying updated with changing technology to advance to management level. Personally, she is family-oriented, ensuring her kids have food and everything on time, are disciplined, and providing for her husband.

In work, delivering on time, being responsible and taking the lead. Personally, being family-oriented, ensuring kids have food and everything on time, disciplined, and providing for husband.
