01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The greatest piece of advice I've received throughout my career is just to make sure that you are above reproach with ethics. You don't want to get involved with misrepresenting facts to get your clients free rent or anything, because it will come back to bite you. If a client is not being honest, then you have to make sure that you represent them to the best of your ability, but you don't get involved in perpetuating anything that's untrue, because if you do that, then that's a good way to lose your license.
