About Hadas
Hadas Mizrahi serves as a Partner at RSM, where she has spent the majority of her nearly 20-year career in risk consulting after beginning at a Big Four firm. She focuses on helping multi-billion dollar private and public companies with risk management through digital optimization, innovation, and the integration of people, process, and technology. Mizrahi earned her degree in finance and management with a minor in criminology from Florida State University and maintains CISA and real estate license credentials. She is a board member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and has been recognized as one of the youngest partners at her firm in 2019, along with features in Voyage MIA, a spotlight from the Institute of Internal Auditors, the South Florida Business Journal, Platinum Gro, and the Hype Awards with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. She attributes her success to supportive mentors and allies, a strong mindset, dedicated hard work, and a solid set of values, and she advises young women entering the field to work hard, stay true to themselves, have fun, and pursue what they love.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say the key factor is having the right mentors and allies, people who supported me throughout. Mindset, hard work putting in the hours, and a strong set of values.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Work hard, be true to yourself, always try to have fun while you work, and do what you love because when you do what you love, you're successful.
