Her Story

About Hadassa

Hadassa Moncada Luna is an operations strategist driven by a singular mission: to bring structure, trust, and a high standard of excellence to every project she touches. She currently leads two ventures that, while seemingly worlds apart - high-stakes graphics installation and professional pet care—are both built on a shared foundation of reliability, precision, and passion.

In the corporate sector, Hadassa leads operations for WrapTics. Alongside her partner, who contributes 20 years of design expertise, she has built a Houston-based company specializing in branding with vinyl installations. As Venezuelan entrepreneurs, WrapTics represents a dream they have pursued since arriving in the United States. In her role, Hadassa manages the complex logistics behind fleet wraps and architectural murals, providing $2M in liability insurance and the technical reporting necessary to ensure that clients’ most valuable assets are handled flawlessly.

That same obsession with detail extends to Hada’s Pet Care, a business rooted in over 13 years of experience and deep community trust. Her journey began with TNR volunteer work in Venezuela and continued through her studies in Canada, where she refined her skills in animal behavior and high-quality care. After nearly eight years in a corporate role, she transitioned her passion into a professional service covering the Sugar Land and Richmond areas. Whether she is managing a public safety vehicle fleet or caring for a beloved pet, Hadassa applies the same rigorous systems to ensure peace of mind.

For Hadassa, being an entrepreneur is about proving that operational excellence has no boundaries. She thrives on the challenge of scaling a technical brand alongside a service-based passion project. Her ultimate goal is to leave a footprint of professionalism and order in everything she does, demonstrating that with the right drive and resilience, premium quality can be delivered across any industry.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Hadassa

01What do you attribute your success to?

It’s a mix of thoughtful decisions and passion - living in the moment with mindful focus, while also planning for the future by sitting down and reviewing my goals every three months. Plus, I literally schedule everything on my Google Calendar and To-do lists, so I’m not constantly worrying about forgetting something during the day or week.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

"Keep going through the uncertainty and failures; you never know when the opportunity will present itself, and you want to be ready to take it when it does."

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Life can be tiring sometimes. Believe me, I'm only 33 years old and I've lived in 5 different countries in 15 years. Some of them by choice, some others by necessity - escaping a dictatorship and its consequences, and looking for new opportunities to grow and learn.

This is what I constantly think about: nothing is forever. That worry, sadness, situation, struggle... everything will eventually go away. Enjoy the ride while you can, and try to think about how grateful you are even while doing things you might not like that much. Put things into perspective when needed, remember how far you've come, don't forget to forgive yourself, and do things as best as YOU can.

...And one of the most important things I've learned from experience: rest, recharge, sleep, and then keep going. Getting sick is not worth it - you’d better be gentle with yourself!

My mantra: 'You are worthy, you are intelligent, you are beautiful, you are special. You can do this and much more.'"

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The challenge we are facing as a new company isn't just finding customers; it's earning their trust in a skeptical digital era. Networking has become essential because people now prioritize human connection over internet ads. We are consistently doing the groundwork today to build the brand recognition that will carry us tomorrow. We’re not just looking for a quick sale; we’re starting the wheel for long-term growth.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are reliability, precision, and passion - these are the foundation for both of my businesses. I'm very proud of being Venezuelan because it has taught me so much and given me resilience and a drive for life. For us, it’s important to keep moving, to keep innovating, to keep looking for outlets, and to keep living and being happy. That drive keeps pushing me forward and helps me find new opportunities, no matter what challenges come our way; this is what guides everything I do.
