About Hailey
Hailey Younger is a nonprofit leader with over 10 years of experience, currently serving as a director in her first year at that level. After post-graduate roles in corporate America and software sales in dental software, she completed Enterprise Mobility's Management Trainee Program and relocated to Oklahoma City, returning to the nonprofit sector. She holds a college degree in management, which she uses in her work, and has been involved with the YMCA since childhood for nearly 15 years. Her expertise lies in nonprofit leadership and nonprofit development, with responsibilities in operations, budgeting, and community support. Notable achievements include reducing outstanding collections from approximately $42,000 to $2,000 and growing membership through events by over 1,000 percent compared to previous open houses. She serves on the YMCA council and was a member of Alpha C sorority in college. Her success is attributed to her passion for helping others and a commitment to kindness.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I think that my passion for helping others, is really what feeds and motivates me every day to keep showing up, even when things are tough.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The education gap is a huge prevalent issue and epidemic in Oklahoma City, truly. And the unhoused population.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
It's free to be kind to everyone, that is what I hold in my personal life, and my personal values, and then bringing that to work, too.
