About Haleigh
Haleigh Ford serves as a contract recruiter at Robert Half, where she specializes in placing candidates under the marketing and creative umbrella in roles throughout the Southeast. Her territory includes Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina, and Tennessee, covering positions from UX/UI and SEO to interim part-time CMOs. With a background as a marketing major, she began in sales in Texas before moving back to Atlanta and joining Robert Half two and a half years ago, where she discovered her passion for recruiting that combines sales, marketing, and relationship building. Ford takes pride in being self-made, having stepped into an unfamiliar industry and exceeded numerous personal goals while expanding from the metro Atlanta market to the entire Southeast region. She also leads and trains new team members and advises young professionals entering the field to stay consistent, prioritize networking, and attend in-person events to build real connections.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I push myself constantly and take pride in having stepped into a role that I wasn't familiar with. I have exceeded so many goals that I've set for myself and expanded the market that I cover. I'm self-made and always want to be better.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Consistency. Stay consistent. Especially in this job market. Networking is super important. Get out and make real connections and attend real networking events and put yourself out there.
