About Haley
Haley Fullen serves as a NetSuite Administrator for an oil and manufacturing business. In this capacity, she customizes the cloud-based enterprise system to meet business needs through integrations, scripts, workflows, and form customizations, supporting ERP, manufacturing, accounting, human resources, and customer management functions. She entered the IT field in 2019 after beginning as a customer service agent and progressing to IT help desk duties involving basic NetSuite administration. Her expertise grew through subsequent roles where NetSuite responsibilities expanded, leading to her current dedicated position. Fullen focuses on experience-based learning, having graduated high school and pursued some college without formal degrees or certifications. She advises aspiring professionals to assert themselves positively, seek out resources, and pursue opportunities without fear of lacking experience or education.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell her, just assert yourself in a positive and professional way, and what I did, basically, was I found the resources that could put me in the position to get started in this journey, and I told them, this is what I want to do. what do I need to achieve this. You know, don't be afraid to put yourself out there, even if you feel like you don't have the experience, the education, whatever it may be. Just try.
