About Haley
I currently work in business development and sales with Regalo Health, where I serve as the bridge between pharmaceutical companies and patients who need access to affordable medications. I help patients who are unable to afford their medication or are on Medicaid access therapies for rare diseases at a cost-effective rate. My main goal is to help provide drugs to people in the community at a very cost-effective rate. My background is in occupational therapy, which I practiced for almost 9 years since 2016. I held leadership roles as director of rehab and account executive, where I really discovered my passion for leadership. I opened up an outpatient clinic where I helped women with pelvic floor issues, which was one of my most rewarding experiences. After working in sales at Redfin for a year, I transitioned to Regalo Health. I'm graduating with my Master's in Business Administration this August, which has helped me combine my leadership and clinical experience with my business operational mindset. As a single mother of three beautiful children, I went back to school to provide them with the best quality of life and set them up for success.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell her to stay true to her core values. I say that to myself - stay true to my core values of accountability and transparency and honesty. And as long as you do that in the world, and you let out light, light's gonna be let in, for sure. And always hold yourself to a higher standard. And if you see yourself being whatever you see yourself as being, a manager or an account executive, already act and present yourself as that role. I also believe that any leader builds other leaders. As a woman in leadership, we should always try to build other leaders as well.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My core values are accountability, transparency, and honesty. I stay true to these values in everything I do. I also really value creating a positive environment and culture where people can grow. When you have a culture of a positive environment, our teammates' productivity is going to increase, and their overall job satisfaction will increase as well. I believe in building other leaders and supporting one another. As a single mother, providing the best quality of life for my three children is what drives me - I want to add value and set them up for success in life.
