Be okay with being uncomfortable, but always be safe.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Walk with your head high and embrace being a woman in the field. My field really likes to dog on emotions. I work in athletics... pour into or reach out to females that, you know, they want to guide you, they want to pour into you, and really cling on to them.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Opportunities in South Lake, Texas which is huge for high school sports, college sports. Challenges include sometimes being the only female in a space with stereotypes that go with that.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, always doing the right thing. Accountability, holding other people accountable, holding myself accountable. And honesty, just being honest with my athletes so they can be honest with me.
