My biggest asset is a relentless bias toward action. I move quickly — sometimes too quickly — but across every chapter of my career, the instinct to just go has served me far better than any amount of stalling ever would have. I've learned more from taking a swing and adapting than I ever could have from waiting until I had all the answers. The goal isn't to be fearless. It's to be humble enough to course-correct once you're already moving.
