Her Interview

Ten minutes with Halley

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would attribute it to hard work, and really push through, even on tougher times. And then also, always, always learning. So, I feel like it's very important to constantly be learning and growing as a person.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

I would say, listening to people. Really, hearing them and what their objectives are, so that you can understand it to handle it. To cater to that person.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell them, be themselves. People really tend to connect with personal stories, and it kind of builds that confidence as well... really bringing yourself out and being, you know, just you, you'll find your tribe... doing something that you're passionate about. And just kind of keep pushing through, you know, at the hard times.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
