About Hannah
Hannah Christman is a healthcare project management professional serving as a PMO Manager at PriMED Physicians. With more than six years of experience in healthcare project management and a background spanning project management, process improvement, technology implementation, team coordination, and organizational initiatives, she focuses on improving operational efficiency and aligning projects with organizational goals. In her current role, she leads project management office activities, oversees project and portfolio processes, and works to optimize workflows through process improvement and Lean Six Sigma principles. She also has experience managing employee engagement, organizational culture initiatives, event planning, and resource management.
Christman earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration and Business from Ohio University in 2018. Her professional journey began with an internship at MediSync, where she gained exposure to project management, sales and marketing, SaaS, human resources, and the ambulatory healthcare environment. She subsequently progressed into project and process-focused roles, supporting business requirements gathering, process analysis, technology initiatives, change management, training, and workflow improvement before advancing into project management and PMO leadership. Her experience also includes higher education administration through her work as a Student Orientation Leader at Ohio University, where she helped develop programming and support services for thousands of incoming students.
Beyond her professional career, Christman has demonstrated a commitment to service, community involvement, and supporting others. She has volunteered with The Laurels of Athens, where she supported patients through activities, daily assistance, and social interaction, and served as a summer camp counselor with the 4-H Center for Youth Development. She has also been involved with organizations including the National Society of Leadership and Success, Ohio University Society of Health Administration, Ohio Women in Business, Alpha Phi Omega, and Generation Action. Her professional interests center on project management, process improvement, resource optimization, employee engagement, and creating efficient systems that support both organizational success and the people within it.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to always striving for excellence and maintaining a strong commitment to continuous growth. I am a collaborative team player who is eager to learn new things and consistently pursue opportunities for continuing education. I am goal-driven and detail-oriented, which helps me remain focused, organized, and committed to achieving meaningful results.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to keep an open mind, encourage and support the people around me, and remain true to who I am. I believe it is important to embrace my individuality, recognize my strengths, and know my worth while continuing to learn from others and build meaningful professional relationships.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to be resilient and embrace challenges, because they are valuable opportunities to learn and grow. I encourage others to lead by example, remain open to learning, and be a good listener. Most importantly, I believe in having the confidence to navigate challenges while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is resource management within a small organization managing numerous initiatives. It is important to prioritize the initiatives that will have the greatest impact while ensuring that key resources are not overloaded. This creates an opportunity to strengthen prioritization, improve efficiency, and strategically allocate resources to achieve organizational goals.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, honesty, and empathy are among the values that are most important to me in both my professional and personal life. I believe in treating others with understanding and respect and strive to bring positivity into the environments I am part of. I want to be someone who uplifts and supports others while contributing to a positive and encouraging culture.
