01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think a big one would be to not listen to imposter syndrome. I've definitely struggled with that and know plenty of people do, especially as a woman in any professional field. Don't let yourself doubt your capabilities and know that you're there for a reason. Keep trying your hardest and look for any opportunities that are out there and take them when you can.
