01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges are keeping up with constantly changing social media and technology, including AI, and adapting to new platforms and trends so as not to get left behind.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Accessibility is the biggest value, ensuring people not only have a seat at the table but feel comfortable, have their voices heard, and their ideas contributed, especially as a woman and deaf individual in the field.
