Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my lifelong passion for weddings and design. Ever since high school, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in wedding planning, inspired by the elegance and creativity of weddings I admired as a child. I have always had a love for design and fashion, which I bring into every event I plan. Currently, I have been running my own wedding planning business for six months and have had the honor of planning weddings for NFL players, creating memorable and personalized experiences for each couple.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to think big, be bold, and go after every opportunity. It’s taught me to approach challenges with confidence and to take action, even when the path isn’t completely clear. This mindset has helped me grow my business and pursue ambitious projects with purpose and passion.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is ensuring that every client has the best possible experience. Weddings and events are deeply personal, and creating a seamless, memorable celebration requires attention to detail, creativity, and clear communication. It’s both a challenge and a rewarding opportunity to exceed expectations and make each event truly special.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are connection, creativity, and balance. I love building meaningful relationships with clients and friends, bringing thoughtful design and personal touches to every event I plan. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, watching Hallmark movies, spending time with friends, and participating in church events, all of which help me stay grounded and inspired.
