About Hannah
Hannah Merrick is a healthcare staffing and account management professional specializing in long-term locum tenens staffing. She currently serves as an Account Executive at LocumTenens.com after starting there in April 2022 in a recruitment associate role and advancing to her own territory within 90 days. Prior to that, she worked for eight months at Express Employment Professionals in recruitment and staffing for the light industrial space, handling high-volume placements with quick turnaround times. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree, putting herself through school while working full time. Her notable achievements include earning a spot in the President's Club in 2024, winning Producer of the Month at both company and team levels, and setting a team record for the most gross profit earned in a month in 2024. She is compliant with the NALTO organization and is joining the University of Texas Alumni Committee Atlanta chapter. Merrick attributes her rapid success to being curious, asking lots of questions, and developing a holistic understanding of the market and big-picture goals.

01What do you attribute your success to?
The biggest thing that got me to where I am so quickly was just really being curious, and asking lots of questions, and really deep diving into the market to have a holistic understanding of what I'm doing on a day-to-day basis. I encourage taking a step back from the day-to-day tasks and really trying to understand the big picture.
