Ten minutes with Hannah
01What do you attribute your success to?
The drive has always been in me. I enjoy being able to stand out and help the community. We work with the public and many people come to court not because they want to be there. I want to make it as pleasant as possible and assure everyone has a positive outlook, especially in juvenile court where we focus on rehabilitation rather than punishment.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Keep learning, keep growing. Don't stop. Just because you have the degree doesn't mean you stop there. I'm always attending seminars, and I'm always learning new things, and it helps to build your career. Things are constantly changing, so staying on top of things is important. Just keep growing, keep learning.
