Her Interview
Ten minutes with Hannah
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the Lord. I've already said I'm a Christian. And the opportunities given me to be hardworking, to be at it, not to put continually improve in every area I think I need to improve on.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
One thing they're always scared about is the work-life balance. So they always think once you're in the science field you may not have time for some personal fun and maybe family time. So I will try to encourage those people that yes really have at the early stage of your profession you may not have that work-life balance because of the things you want to achieve and those goals should be your driving force. But then as you gain balance as you are getting gaining balance in the field you begin to have some level of relaxation where you have more work balance. But your goal should be your driving force. What you aim to achieve should be the driving force. And you should never look down on yourself. Don't think it's inachievable. No you can. You can achieve it. You can achieve success. You can continually be on top of your professional career.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
For me values that are most important to me is integrity. I am someone of integrity so I also love people around me to have integrity that stay true to your word.
