After completing training in logistics and supply chain management, she worked as a tractor-trailer driver before transitioning into office and financial roles. She obtained her insurance license in 2024 and gained experience with Bankers Life, where she developed her understanding of insurance and financial services. She also worked in administrative and pharmacy-related roles, while maintaining a commitment to personal wellness as a certified personal trainer. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my children and my desire to give them a great life. Hard work has always been a core part of my journey, shaped by watching my dad struggle with high taxes while supporting a family of five. That experience motivated me to help others avoid similar financial challenges.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to never let rejection discourage me. Every “no” is an opportunity to learn and improve. Even on the hardest days, I can make things better by staying positive and putting new systems and routines in place.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to get your foot in the door and surround yourself with good people who genuinely support you. Build a strong community, because having the right people around you can help you grow, thrive, and move forward.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are commitment and loyalty. If I say I’m going to do something, I follow through. I believe in keeping my word and consistently bringing real value to the people I serve.
