Hannah Rich is a Senior Associate on the Client Management Team within the Life Sciences division at Coleman Research, where she manages client relationships and connects healthcare and life sciences organizations with specialized industry experts for short-term consulting engagements. Since joining the company in February 2025, she has demonstrated strong client management, communication, and relationship-building skills, earning a promotion to Senior Associate in July 2026. Hannah’s professional background spans sales, marketing, property management, and communications. She completed a year-long communications internship with the Foreign Policy Research Institute while pursuing her Master of Arts in Global Affairs at the University of Oklahoma, where she concentrated on international economics and development, with academic interests in transatlantic security and U.S.-Russia relations. Her international academic experiences in Russia and Belgium further strengthened her interest in global connections and cross-cultural communication. Hannah’s commitment to professional growth and mentorship extends beyond her primary role. She serves as a Sisterhood Development Advisor for the Boise State chapter of Phi Mu Fraternity, supporting and mentoring emerging women leaders. She was also selected to join the founding team responsible for helping launch Coleman Research’s first Latin American office in Bogotá, Colombia, contributing to its establishment, training, and operations. Through her evolving career, Hannah continues to build expertise in client relations, expert sourcing, communication, and life sciences while embracing opportunities for international collaboration and professional development.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to continuous education, adaptability, strong communication, relationship building, and staying open to new opportunities. I’ve learned to recognize how transferable skills can create new career paths, while the guidance and encouragement of mentors have also played an important role in my professional growth.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to surround yourself with people who believe in you, encourage your growth, and provide meaningful guidance. Rhonda Proctor has been an influential mentor in my journey, inspiring me to grow while reinforcing the importance of supporting and mentoring other women.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I encourage young women to remain open to learning from others, especially the women around them, and to support, empower, and uplift those who follow them.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I see significant opportunities in connecting organizations with specialized expertise as the life sciences and healthcare consulting fields continue to evolve. Building strong relationships between clients and subject-matter experts can help organizations access the knowledge and resources they need for strategic initiatives and specialized projects.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value continuous growth, meaningful relationships, mentorship, and supporting others. I believe in building strong connections, learning from those around me, and creating opportunities for women to grow both personally and professionally.
