Her experience navigating business and organizational change ultimately led her to pursue graduate education in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Purdue Global. She applies principles of human behavior, motivation, leadership, and organizational health to help organizations strengthen performance, collaboration, employee engagement, and strategic alignment. Her GHX Seeds Mentorship Pilot Program further demonstrates her commitment to developing people and improving organizational outcomes through structured mentorship.
Outside of her corporate career, Hannah remains deeply connected to agriculture through her family's ranch in south-central Nebraska. She and her husband operate LHR Horse & Cattle Company, where she serves as co-owner and Chief Financial Officer, while also pursuing her passion as a professional barrel racer and horse trainer. She contributes to her community as a school board member and supports organizations including Make-A-Wish, 4-H, and FFA. Hannah credits her work ethic and lifelong passion for agriculture as central to her success, while embracing resilience, adaptability, and forward momentum as guiding principles. Her ability to bridge agricultural operations, organizational psychology, strategic planning, and grassroots stakeholder perspectives gives her a distinctive perspective on building stronger organizations and creating lasting value across the agricultural industry.

Ten minutes with Hannah
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success primarily to my work ethic and my passion for agriculture. Agriculture is deeply rooted in every part of my life—professionally, personally, and through my involvement in the industry at multiple levels. While I do not believe there is a perfect balance when managing many responsibilities, being genuinely passionate about the work I do helps me stay grounded and committed. My work ethic and connection to agriculture have been foundational to my success.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is, “Chop wood, carry water”—keep moving forward and remain willing to pivot. Life and careers inevitably bring unexpected changes that require us to reassess and adapt. I have learned that the ability to keep progressing, even when the path changes, can make a meaningful difference over the course of a career.
